Please note that due to the nature of our personalized print services, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales with Dream Elevare are considered final upon payment.

We endeavor to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate, hence minor variations may exist.


2. Shipping Policy

While we will do our best to help you solve any issues, our shipping policy is ultimately governed by our fulfillment partners. Any issues or queries regarding shipping time, delays, or prices will be forwarded directly from us to them. Dream Elevare cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Should a package be lost in transit, the issue should be taken up directly with the shipping provider.

2.3 Damaged Products

Any claims for damaged products upon delivery are not the responsibility of Dream Elevare but should be directed to our fulfillment partner or the shipping provider responsible for your package. Dream Elevare shall not be held liable for any damages incurred during the delivery process.

Customers may request the creation of a unique design, but please note that our business retains all rights to the design unless other agreements were made.

Dream Elevare Digital Products Customer Policy


  1. Returns: As Dream Elevare offers digital products, we do not accept returns. Due to the nature of digital items, once the payment is completed and the product is delivered, the purchase is considered final and non-returnable.

  2. Refunds: All sales of digital products are final, and no refunds will be issued once the product is delivered. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  3. Exchanges: Exchanges are not applicable to digital products. Please ensure that you have chosen the correct product before completing your purchase.
